What we have been working on – Rainbow Resource

BPCV has been working with the Rainbow Recourse to help create a dedicated Autism page. Please see below links to this page and feedback request from Gemma.

As you may know, Rainbow Resource is Bath and North East Somerset’s Local Offer to families with children or young people with SEN and/or disabilities. We regularly ask for feedback, and a common request is for information specific to Autism, both for parent carers and young people their selves.
Having listened to this feedback, we have created a section on the site dedicated to providing information, resources and activities to support young people either with a diagnosis or pending a possible diagnosis. These pages can be viewed here: https://www.rainbowresource.org.uk/pages/autism-information.
As part of this section, we are creating some pages specifically for autistic children/young people to access their-selves, where they can find information about their diagnosis, support available and other practical information that might be useful for them.
Your invite to feedback
We would like to invite you to look through these pages, we want to make sure they are as useful as the can be so the more feedback we receive, the better it can be. We would also welcome you to share these pages with colleagues and the young people you work with.
Is there anything missing? Is there anything that doesn’t make sense? What else can we add? All feedback is valuable, no matter how long or short, negative or positive; we welcome it all. You can email your feedback through to us on p_c_comms@bathnes.gov.uk, or you can use the feedback form on the site (here). Alternatively, if you would like to discuss this feedback over the phone, please feel free to call Gemma on 01225 395345 between 8am-4pm Monday to Friday.
